This week we made patterns using two colours. We each picked two colours of cotton reels and threaded them onto string to make a repeated pattern.
Why not make some patterns with your child at home using objects found around the house or outside!
Patterns are all around us in real life so see if you can find some with your child.
NAME ACTIVITIES
This week, using our own name, we learnt about vowels, consonants, capitals and lower case letters in preparation for school. We had to dip a cotton bud into paint and go over each letter which required using our fine motor skills. It was tricky but we had lots of FUN!
